I'm going to our neighbors funeral this morning, he was only 15 yrs old and he committed suicide :(
My sons went to school with him and he was also my nephew's half brother.
Anyways...I will be not resisting food today, really need comfort, the poor family :(
I have to take a very strong stand with my office peeps. I'm southern so this took some practice. I've had to firmly say "no" and "I don't eat that stuff" a billion times, but it seems that over the last 2 years I've trained them well. Now, when my boss brings in chicken biscuts, he'll bring me a diet lemonaide and a fruit cup. It may sound bossy (or bitchy) but you have to train your office mates.
...and yes, I know they call me the cake nazi behind my back.
