Last night marked the first game of the ball season!
I played pretty well, except for the fact I apparently forgot how to throw over the winter.
I have such a hard time determining how many calories I burned while playing.
My Fitness Pal tells me I burned 816 calories during the 2 hours I played.
I kinda call bullshit. As you know, baseball isn’t exactly a high impact sport. Sure, I was AT baseball for 2 hours but I certainly wasn’t moving the entire time.
I was planning on wearing my HRM, but I seem to have misplaced the strap during all my cleaning (read: hiding stuff) frenzies while showing the house.
Once I FIND my HRM, I’ll wear it and let you know!
Are you playing any sports this summer?
I was lucky enough to not only find one team, but I’m actually playing on 2 teams this summer. Wednesday and Friday nights!

I ususally don't count anything for ball just because really I don't think I would burn enough to count...or maybe I should just run more! LOL
I'm playing ball again this year, co-ed fun league. Might be a challenge with a 3-month old but we will see how it goes.
Oh...and apparently I'm going back to teaching RPM next month...Yikes!
Sounds like fun! I agree that you probably didn't burn that many calories, but sometimes calories isn't the most important part anyways. :)
