My brain is mushy. My hands are puffy. Point-form it is:
- I spent the last 2 days at a coference which completely effed with my routine.
- Routine = healthy eats and exercise. There has been none of that lately.
- I have however, been tracking so that's good.
- I'm tired. Really tired. But I can't sleep at night.
- I'm also stressed. Really stressed.
- I'm still facing real estate woes. They say things always work out, but I'm not sure if they will in this case.
- It's the long weekend, and I have zero plans.
- I might sleep until noon, then spend the rest of the day at the gym to make up for my week of sloth and gluttony.
- Speaking of sloth and gluttony, I really like the move Seven. "What's in the box?"
- Where's my water bottle?

Sounds like a long weekend is just what you need. Rest up, eat healthy and get some exercise. You know you'll feel better. :)

I have plans, open pool, clean store, organize my daughter in her new room (our B&B), organize boys room in order to move one out to my daughter's old room....oh yeah, and I'm still recuperating from my hysterectomy!
