I'm feeling kinda skinny today.
While I'm still having SEVERE scale denial, I know that my weight is going down. I have always had an unhealthy relationship with the scale. Even though I really have no idea how much I've lost, I know that my weight is going down.
My clothes are looser, and I'm feeling pretty lean.
I always lose weight in an odd way. I tend to lose it first in my waist, then my face, and then my boobies.
I was noticing today that my waist is looking smaller, and dare I say, my pootch is too?
I'm feeling strong and fit, and I'm rocking my workouts. I'm tracking daily using My Fitness Pal, which is keeping on the straight and narrow. I'm diggin' it.
So when I post in a couple of weeks about how I'm not working out, I'm over eating and I'm stressed about moving.... just remind me of this little post ok?
