I made a batch of Carrot Apple Ginger Soup and a batch Chicken Divan loosely based on this recipe.
I've written many times about the overpriced cafeteria at my office. Despite being overpriced, her food is quite good. She makes both carrot soup and chicken divan and I can proudly say both of these recipes are BETTER than hers. I've never made my chicken divan with curry, so when I tasted hers I loved it. This week I'll have healthier versions of her food and save myself the $$.
I took yesterday as a rest day, so I'm itching to get back to the gym tonight.
I also plan to drink my weight in water.
