Confession #2: I generally get stabby when said bloggers quantify every weight that they do.
Confession #3: Today I am going to write about Body Pump AND quantify it.
The good news? For the first time since my bike accident, I went to Pump! I used really light weights for the chest, tricep and shoulder tracks. The only movements that really bothered me were chest presses and up-right rows. I also opted to skip the clean-and-press. I was just happy to be back, and working my muscles. I was started to feel a little soft.
The bad news? As a result of my hiatus, I am sore all over today. I love the pain though, so maybe it's not bad news afterall.
