Confession #2: I generally get stabby when said bloggers quantify every weight that they do.
Confession #3: Today I am going to write about Body Pump AND quantify it.
SourceThe good news? For the first time since my bike accident, I went to Pump! I used really light weights for the chest, tricep and shoulder tracks. The only movements that really bothered me were chest presses and up-right rows. I also opted to skip the clean-and-press. I was just happy to be back, and working my muscles. I was started to feel a little soft.
The bad news? As a result of my hiatus, I am sore all over today. I love the pain though, so maybe it's not bad news afterall.

That's sweet pain which is ...sweet.
Body Pump is like pumpkin to me...it ain't going to change my life and it is always available....not just at certain times of the year.
I can't walk today after yesterdays Pump. and i have a feeling it'll be worse tomorrow...
