I've come to the conclusion that I pretty much suck at it.
This is why I decided to host a baking exchange at my office, purely for selfish reasons. I spend one day baking one type of baked good, and I reap the benefits receiving a plethora in return.
You can never go wrong with peanut butter balls.
Or so I thought.
Warning: Despite being ugly and not fit to service others, they still taste delicious and become dangerous to have in the house. Oh, and consuming 32940924 botched peanut butter balls results in a very sore stomach. Even today, the thought of sugar makes me a little gaggy.

These are one of my favorites! My mom makes them with maraschino cherries.
The trick: Buy tiny little paper muffin/candy paper liners. Put some chocolate in the bottom, a ball of pb on top, spoon more chocolate over the top and VOILA. They peel out the liners easily, and you have pb cups :)

Oh, this made me chuckle! Funnily enough, I've had almost the exact same experience but with chocolate coconut balls. Just...mess everywhere...but delicious mess. ;) It's great that you organized a baking exchange anyways. By the way, I LOVE your blog. Reading often. Thanks for being such a inspiration and always finding the humour in this life! ;)
