Summer, Swimmimg, Salad

I decided to start my long weekend a little early and booked today off.

I went to spin, Costco and then spent a couple of hours at the park with this little dork.

 

Jersey fun fact: She looooves to dive for rocks.

On the menu for lunch: One of my summer favourites…                  Caprese Salad.

Easy. Healthy. Tasty. 

I picked up some bocconcini  balls at Costco. 3 balls are only 80 calories so if you just slice them thinly, a little goes a long way.

I’ve got a ball game at 6pm – pretty pumped for this!

The downfall about playing ball a few nights a week? My car starts looking like a sporting goods store.

…one that specializes in mediocre equipment and dirty socks.
