Friday I did
something waaaaaaaaaaay out of my comfort zone.
I wore a tank top.
Out in public.
I've written one
million times about how self conscious I am about my arms, so although, this
dosn't seem much of a feat for most... it's HUGE for me.
Then I did something crazy on Sunday.
I wore a tank top. Out in public. And played ball in it.
I'm on a roll, because look what's happening today:
Granted, I'm wearing
a sweater over top now because it's freezing in my office - but still. The effort
is there.

Amy, you are gorgeous. Those fit and healthy arms deserve to be displayed with pride. Although I understand that you feel self conscious, you have nothing to be self conscious about. You're a great inspiration!
AweSome! I wore a running singlet type thing-y for the first time ever on a run last week. It doesn't seem like a big deal as I do wear sleveless a lot as I sweat like a mofo but for me it was a huge deal.
Way to go on pushing yourself. I think you look great and I love your top!
