Horizontal

I have spent the last 3 evenings looking like this:

Horizontal, with a bag of frozen peas on my neck.

The good news? Mr. Chiro tells me my shoulder is doing awesome.
The bad news? Mr. Chiro tells me my neck is in spasm. And that its going to get worse before it gets better.

I'm starting to lose my shit a little due to the lack of working out. However, I woke up this morning and I can actually turn my head to the left side. Woo! I'm seeing Mr. Chiro again tonight, so here's hoping he gets me back in tip-top shape.

I've never been an 'injured' kinda person. I've had the odd IT band issues, but fortunately that has been it.

Ever since I took my little tumble, I've had a plethora of problems. Shoulder, neck, back, jaw clicking, and tightness in my hip.

I think it's time I admit that I'm getting old. It's all downhill after 30.

Powered turbine is not affected by the direction of the wind. They are also much more efficient than a horizontal model when the wind changes direction quickly and frequently.
