One simple goal

Getting back on track after a long weekend is always a little difficult to do.

While I didn't go hog wild, I still ate over my daily calorie allowance.

I kinda did yesterday too. I was a hungry hippo all day.








Today I have one simple goal: Stay within my calorie allowance. Just gotta go one day at a time.

I can do it.

I find I am way better when I am not at my desk. I am truly a boredom eater. When I am at home or busy on weekends, I don't even think about food.
