Day #3 of exercising = success.
I was thinking about spin class for tonight, but if I’m being 100% honest (which I always am!) my friggin’ lady bits are killing me after 2 straight days (after a 3 week hiatus) on the spin bike.
So I did the next best thing:
I had plans for longer run… but I forgot my Ipod at work. Call me crazy, but running without music is pretty much like torture à la Jack Bauer. No?
To me, running is 97% mental and 3% physical. Running without music wasn’t an option. I tend to hyperventilate when I start listening to myself breathe. (…maybe I am crazy?)
Instead, I did 3:1 intervals for 30 minutes.
Is it my best workout ever? No.
Did sweat it up a botch? Absolutely.
