My other half is working evenings for the next little while. While I often struggle being alone, there is one perk. Not feeling guilty about doing your own thing.
Last night I hit the gym for the first time in 3 weeks. I almost died, but it felt good to almost die.
Following my workout, I hit up the p-a-r-k with my #1 ginger.
...and then I made exactly what I wanted for dinner. Simple (lazy?), but delicious. Local corn on the cob and a little chicken breast. I think I might have discovered that I don't really enjoy cooking. I think I enjoy cooking for others. I foresee a lot of Raisin Bran for dinner in my future.
It feels good to be back to regularly scheduled programming.

I love alone time-though it rarely happens! Enjoy some "me" time doing it your way! :)
That corn on the cob looks amazing! Way to go on getting back to the gym!
