Spaghetti Squash, Two Ways

The benefit to being a bachelorette until 9pm every evening?

Eating whatever the hell I want.

Enter: The return of the spaghetti squash.

Last week I fancied it up with a delicious homemade meaty sauce that was also packed with TONS of veggies.IMG_9253

Last night was a slightly lazy, but equally as delicious method.

I tossed the squash with a little butter, 2 Laughing Cow wedges, about  2 tbsp of spaghetti sauce and a ton of salt and pepper. Don’t judge. It was awesome! Served with a BBQ’ed chicken breast for some protein.

I’m still following Bob’s Skinny Rule – No carbs after lunch. My definition of a carb might vary slightly than his, but I’m rolling with basically no white stuff. Surprisingly I’ve stayed away from diet pop too – except when it’s mixed with rum. Throw me a bone!

I keep eying the spaghetti squash and haven't had the courage to give it a go. But you make it sound so tempting.

They have shared the healthy in which used to good making eat and create the healthy environment for good healthy also. Most of the people are follow the instruction and making in this healthy dish.
