I kinda ate a Coffee Crisp for lunch yesterday.
I got stuck late at work and missed my planned 4:00 Body Attack class. You know what that means? I kinda ate a brownie for dinner.
Chalk it up to lack of will power. Chalk it up to PMS. Chalk it up to those brownies being absolutely friggin delicious. Whatever.
I'm not a big fan of working out after 7:00pm as I often have a hard time sleeping afterwards. But I bit the bullet and hit up at 7:30pm Body Combat class and loved it. I just about tossed my cookies (brownie?) a couple of times, but it was intense and sweaty. Just what I needed after a long day with too many treats.
