I did something out of the ordinary...

 I cooked myself a real meal last night!

Not only did I cook, but I made something healthy and delicious!
 
Salmon cooked with chili basil sauce, steamed kale and cauliflower purée.

I forgot how delicious cauliflower purée is. I haven't made it in years. I just steamed it, and then tossed it in the food processor with a splash of milk and 2 wedges of french onion laughing cow cheese.

Yesterday was a great start to the week. A sweaty workout, great meal, laundry done, listened to the Yankee game on the radio while soaking in the tub and in bed by 10:00pm.

Here's hoping the rest of the week is a good one. Short weeks always tend to throw me curve balls.
