Happy Halloween!
I hate Halloween. Last year I tried to be all warm and fuzzy and hand out candy and such. I had about 20 kids and it really wasn't worth my time or effort. I'm reverting back to my Halloween scrooge ways, and turning off my lights tonight.
My goal? NO CANDY. I've been successful at this for many years running, so what's another day? Just gotta stay away from those stupid Twix bars.
I suck at push-ups.
My shoulder has been an on-going source of pain for over a year now.
That being said, it's also the reason why I pussy out of certain exercises: planks, push-ups, burpees, etc.
After spending the summer getting adjustments and ART, my shoulder is feeling pretty great. But the problem? I'm weak. Which is why I pussy out. I'll do 4 push ups, it will hurt, and then I modify them. And when I say pain, it's not actual pain it's muscle fatigue.
Unacceptable.
I need to rebuild my strength. Starting tonight. 4:30pm = me + Body Pump.
I'm a cardio whore. I admit it. Time to change it up and add some strength training back into my life.

The push up and planks, burpees are very best exercises, you should carry it forever...
