I'm not going to whine anymore about the cold. I've lived in Canada for all of my 31 years, it's cold here and that won't change. Buck up Amy!
I arrived home last name and I knew that if I didn't head right back out while the car was warm that I likely wouldn't venture back out.
It was one of those days that I have zero ambition, but I just told myself I'd be happy with 20 mins of cardio, and 15 mins of weights.
The toughest part of the workout, is actually getting to the gym. So once I was there, I kinda rocked it.
30 min run, 30 min elliptical and the little gem below:
Start at 10 of each exercise and then work your day down. Christy and I did a workout like this at Crossfit a while back and I loved (?) it. Thought I'd try it on my own. I used 15 lb dumbbells, and while they were a little heavy for shoulders it was nice because I only had to think about a small number of reps.
Today I have a simple goal: DRINK MORE WATER.
What's your goal for today?

Nice work! I'm going to try that countdown rep thing next time!
You are going to have some new charms for your bracelet if you keep up the great attitude ;-)
(P.S. Blogger hi-jacked my first attempt at this comment, so apologies if it's a duplicate)
Awesome! Trying to go to 7am workouts has been tough this week. The idea of going outside at that time in the morning just isn't appealing. Luckily we have a parking garage so at least the car isn't cold.
That looks like a great workout! I love/hate pretty much every crossfit workout!
I added this to my book of workouts - awesome. I really do love the crossfit workouts!
Great job! It is very hard to get motivated in this weather.
