Breakfast for Dinner

I had high hopes for exercise last night, I really did:



Then I arrived home, told myself "I'll just lay down for 10 mins" and that's where my ambition left the building. 

That's ok though. I stayed within my calories, so I decided to be happy with that and call it a day.

I was also feeling pretty lazy, so I wanted something quick and easy for dinner.

Breakfast!

I've been eyeing up the protein waffles I see over at Trulyjess, and thought I'd give it a try.

I made a waffle with a couple slices of peameal bacon. 

I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either. Maybe my protein powder isn't as delicious because I found the "icing" a little chalky.

My solution?  Add a ton more cinnamon and top it with fat free Cool Whip. That helped.


When I went up to bed, I found my little darling all tucked in on her bed with her puppy.

She makes my heart hurt with cuteness.

To close, I think it's finally clear to me that I need a vacation. I had a dream that my boss was giving me a foot rub while I was giving a presentation. 2 more sleeps!

Girl, exercise every day is never a good thing and days off are necessary!

I have to admit, the waffle + bacon + whip cream makes me wanna toss my cookies lol
