January 2, 2013 - in point form


  • I tracked all my food.
  • I was starving all day.
  • I thought I hated tracking food, but decided what I really hate is not eating one million calories.
  • It was absolutely freezing out, and when I got home I did not want go leave.
  • I needed greek yogurt, so I made myself go to the gym that was in the grocery store.
  • I ran for 45 mins and it felt awesome.
  • I made a healthy dinner and fell asleep on the couch watching Criminal Minds.
  • I ate 2 Lindor chocolates.
  • Lindor chocolates are delicious.

Sounds like a perfectly balanced day!

It kind of sucks that I have to cap workout time at 35-40m during lunch time (travel to/from/get dressed). I'd much rather 45m range, but I'll take what I can get!
