Shake it up!

Say hello to my new favorite breakfast:


1.5 cups water
2 tbsp of PB2
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 frozen banana




Can't beat that nutritional information either. 

Quick, healthy and good for someone like moi who has a hard time eating in the morning.

I hate dirtying up the kitchen/blender in the morning, but this is well worth it. 

What is your favorite breakfast?

A green smoothie:
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
4 oz plain Kefir
frozen berries
handful of spinach
frozen banana
3 tbsp organic hemp seeds
2 tsp vitaminerals greens
handful basil
add water to smooth it out
