I marinate it for about 24 hours in a combination of: EVOO, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire, garlic, steak spice, and brown sugar. Don't ask for a specific recipe, because I totally just wing it.
Cooking technique: high heat on the BBQ for about 4 mins on each side for rare. Let it rest for at least 10 mins, and then slice it thinly against the grain.
Problem? Costco portions of flank steak are way too big for just 2 people so there are leftovers for days.
Luckily Pinterest is never short of creative idea. Turns out, leftovers make awesome Philly Cheese Steak Peppers.
End result was awesome!
