Amy fun fact: My first job was at a place called Global Vitamins. I started there when I was 16, and worked there for about 5 years. I spent a lot of time reading about supplements, but never really took much other than a multi-vitamin. I also became a dealer for my friend Cathy - Ginseng was so scandalous when we were teenagers!
I've started to dabble in supplements and I thought I'd share what I'm using these days.
I started using BCAA's after learning they aid with recovery. I was feeling very crippled after my first few Crossfit workouts.
If anything good came out of that lameo bootcamp I took, it was introducing me to this product. I had a hard time functioning at 5:30am, so this became my pre-workout. Tastes great too!
I've used this product every other month for 3 bottles now - they recommend to give your body a month off inbetween to avoid becoming immune to it. What I loved? Completely zapped my appetite, made me feel alert, and worked awesome as a pre-workout. What I hate? My appetite quadrupled when I went off, and I actually think I felt a little down in the dumps when I went off it. I've decided to not go back on it.
