Remember when I got all crazy and took my measurements back in May?
I measured at my chest, waist, hips, bicep and thigh.
I’ve been kind of side lined lately with some health issues that is keeping me away from the gym but I’ve been making an effort to continue to eat well and enjoy in moderation.
Chest: –2.5 inches
Hips: –2 inches
Bicep: –1 inch
Thigh: –1 inch
Feels good to be moving in the right direction!
