Pre-surgery Mission – T25 style!

It’s Monday, and in typical Monday fashion my day kind of sucked.

I arrived home feeling like I would like to take off all my clothes, (it’s disgustingly hot here today) sit in front of the fan with a bag of twizzlers and continue to binge watch Workout on Netflix.

…but then I got to thinking…

I bet come this time in a couple of weeks, I’ll be dying to workout so why not take advantage of it when I actually physically can, right?

I banged out my scheduled workout, and when I went to check it off on my trusty calendar I became saddened by the number of workouts I have left thinking I wouldn’t get to actually finish them.

…but then I got to thinking…

I was thinking “Hey, if I do doubles for like ever I can actually finish the beta phase” and that’s when operation “finish T25 before surgery” began.

What exactly does that mean?

It meant I had to do the workout scheduled for next Monday, today.

It also means doubles every day between now and next Tuesday, including the weekend. Eeeek!

It’s not going to be pretty, but I’m not one to give up.

I owe it to myself to finish the program, and that’s exactly what I’m going to do.

Hold me to it, would you?
